I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with a convenient K-Cup machine for morning coffee. However, the vibrations from the laundry below were quite noticeable, affecting the overall enjoyment. The dated room design didn't quite match the lobby's standards or the price paid.

The service was top-notch, and the staff even recommended a fantastic nearby restaurant that I adored. The location on a cliff overlooking the Spokane River was breathtaking, allowing easy access to downtown. The dining experience was excellent, although the breakfast setup was a bit challenging. Overall, a great stay with wonderful amenities and a few minor drawbacks.
